Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags still attached
- Free from any signs of use or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
Send us an email at support@kaizo.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@kaizo.ca. We will cover the return shipping costs and make it right.
Exchanges
Email support@kaizo.ca with your order number and what you'd like instead. The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the return. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us at support@kaizo.ca.
