At Kaizo, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Where We Ship
Kaizo currently ships to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Free Shipping
Kaizo offers free shipping on all orders. No minimum order amount is required.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (ET) Monday through Saturday will begin processing the same business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days after shipping. In most cases you can expect your order within 7 to 11 business days from the date you placed your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Package
Contact us at support@kaizo.ca within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Incorrect Address
Contact us immediately at support@kaizo.ca. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
